1.2 Resource Symbiosis & Infrastructure Reliance
Party B irrevocably covenants that 100% of its products, services, and asset operations shall be built upon and integrated with Party A's four underlying system pillars:
ACFC: Adjudication of ecological redlines and carbon sink quota allocations;
BBQ: Certification of member benevolence and rating under the Green Certification Standards for the Ten Major Industries;

2.1 Project Initiation & Qualification Approval Process

Step 2 (RWA Valuation & Audit): Party B submits proposed tangible assets to the CCC Clearing Center for on-chain anchoring valuation and audit.

2.2 Funds & Revenue Settlement Process
All revenues and expenditures of Party B must be cleared through the CCC BBQ Visa + Stablecoin Clearing Network.

3.1 Penalties for Breach of Green & Benevolence Standards

First Offense: Issue a Yellow Card notice, freeze 10% of Party B’s RWA yield distribution on the CCC network, and mandate a 30-day remediation period.
Second or Material Offense: Issue a Red Card, immediately revoke Party B’s operational concession, and force the liquidation or transfer of its on-chain assets into the BBQ Republic Public Governance Pool.

For Party A: By compliant onboarding of Party B’s asset base, Party A expands the underlying RWA asset reserve backing the BBQ Stablecoin and BBQ Visa liquidity pools.

2.1 Asset Tokenization & Title Verification Process
Asset Valuation: The parties jointly retain an independent third-party audit firm and the CCC Clearing Center to conduct an RWA audit on the target assets (e.g., Malaysian territorial water development rights, Mongolian steppe land use rights, or Russian forest carbon sinks).
Encumbrance, Custody & Tokenization: Party B pledges its asset ownership rights or yield rights through a compliant Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) into a CCC custodial account, whereupon CCC issues the corresponding RWA-anchored cryptographic tokens.

3.1 Ecological & Zero-Pollution Baseline (Unconditional & Irrevocable)
Party B covenants that all development and resource extraction within ROC TOWN shall adhere 100% to Party A’s New Food / New Habitat / New Technology Standards. The introduction of high-pollution, high-energy legacy industrial capacity is strictly prohibited. Any material ecological breach gives Party A the unilateral right to terminate this Contract and recall or burn all distributed RWA token value.
3.2 Governing Law & Decentralized Arbitration
Governing Law: Interpretation and performance of this Contract shall primarily reference the local laws of the signing jurisdiction. Issues concerning RWA asset title, digital asset delivery, and protocol mechanics shall strictly defer to the Global Joint Governance Charter of the BBQ Republic.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to the ACFC International Decentralized Arbitration Tribunal for final, binding adjudication. 3.2 法律适用与去中心化仲裁
